Krishnamacharya’s teachings. She has taught many, from visually impaired students to marathon runners and triathletes in UK as well as overseas.

Austeja is a senior yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International and has been training aspiring yoga teachers at various teacher training programs since 2014.

She is too eternally grateful for an opportunity to stem yogic philosophy knowledge from magnificent teachers as Swami Veda Bharati, Carlos Pomeda, and Swami Nityamuktananda.

Austeja is a certified Pregnancy Yoga teacher (Yogacampus, UK) and has also been a long term student of Yoga Nidra with Swami Pragyamurti Saraswati, and is certified to teach this remarkable practice by Satyananda Yoga Center, UK.

When Austeja isn’t sharing the knowledge of yoga on the mat, she often writes on subjects of yoga philosophy and mindfulness and is a regular contributor for Yogi Times.
