'Unplug - Tune in - Recharge' Yoga for the mental health workshop with Austeja

 

This experiential yoga workshop focused on coping with the biggest challenge we face in modern life - stress! Those suffering from anxiety or mild depression will particularly benefit from attending.

The 2.5h workshop included a Yin and Yang asana (postural yoga) practise alongside other yogic and mindfulness techniques to enhance mental health.


Austeja shared a selection of exercises for the mind and body which she believes will help to alleviate the suffering caused by anxiety and clinical depression, which she herself has lived with. Bring along a notepad and a pen.


Attendance left this workshop with the following:
Practical tools and their sequence in helping to ease the effects of anxiety and mild depression
20min, 45 min and 75min practises to adopt in the comfort of your own home
An understanding of how ancient yoga targeted mental health and how its practise is relevant in Modern life

 

ALL attendees received a FREE deep relaxation also known as Yoga Nidra recording by Austeja.
